Will other events be taking place on the farm at the same time?
Fox Farm only hosts one event at a time, so you will be the only event during your allotted time.

Are we able to stay on property?
Yes! There are four bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight people for overnight stays. (2 Queen and 4 Twin Beds)
What are the facilities offered?

Is there parking onsite?
Yes, we have room for approximately 40 cars onsite and parking is allowed on the street. Carpooling is recommended. Valet services are available for an additional cost and required for 100+ guests.

Are there any catering, décor, or entertainment restrictions?
Yes. All catering, decorations, flowers and entertainment must be pre-approved by Fox Farm. For catering, please see the included list of recommended caterers but others may be used. Balloons (latex free) must be contained to indoor use only. Confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed and sparklers are not permitted anywhere on the property. Real flame candles can be used as part of table decor if you have real flowers and no flammables. The candles need to be enclosed in a glass vase/hurricane and the flame must be below the top of the glass. LED candles are REQUIRED if you have any flammables. Rose petals may be used during ceremony but may not be a dark color. All music must end by 11pm on Fri/Sat and by 10pm all other days.

Do you allow food trucks as a catering option?
Yes, the horseshoe design of our driveway works well for this option.

Can we bring our own alcohol?
Clients will be allowed to bring in beverages while getting ready in the suite/bedrooms prior to the ceremony. We allow beer, wine, champagne, and hard seltzers, along with any non-alcoholic drinks (no red drinks). NO HARD ALCOHOL WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SUITE/BEDROOMs. Once the caterer arrives, all alcohol in the suites will need to be served at the bar in accordance with Colorado Liquor Laws.
What does the on-site Coordinator manage?
Focuses on the logistics of the event, making sure the plans are carried out as intended. The Coordinator helps with timelines, communicates with vendors, and handle any issues that arise.
Are we able to have our own Event Planner or Event Coordinator?

Do I have to purchase event liability insurance?
Yes, event liability insurance is required for all events hosted on our property. We require each client to obtain commercial general liability insurance (“CGL”) coverage in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) general aggregate. (Cost: Approximately $150) The Venue shall be named as an additional insured on such CGL policy. When naming the additionally insured the following language needs to be reflected: Sean A. Farris, all subsidiaries related or affiliated companies, its officers, employees, agents and directors. We will provide information on how to obtain insurance.

Is there cell service/wi-fi on property?
Yes, cell service and wi-fi are available .
Are car services available to provide transportation?
Car Services have limited service in our area. To ensure reliable transportation, we suggest pre-booking your rides prior to attending event.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, 25% at time of booking. 25% is due 6 months before event. Payment in full 30 days in advance of the event for non-financing payment. Finance payments must be current 1 week prior to date of the event.

If financing is elected, $1,000 down payment is due at time of booking.

Are any discounts offered?
A discount of 10% will be offered for all military, first responders (Police/Fire/EMT), teachers and Larkspur residents.
